Мана шу вақтларда Домлани Ўзбекистон Фанлар академиясининг Абу Райҳон Беруний номидаги Шарқшунослик институти, Тил ва адабиёт институти, Ҳамид Сулаймонов номидаги Қўлёзмалар институтлари илмий жамоатчилиги яхши танир эди. Мен бу вақтда академик Азизхон Қаюмов раҳбарлигида Ҳамид Сулаймонов номидаги Қўлёзмалар институтида илмий ходим бўлиб ишлар эдим. Академик Азизхон Қаюмов Шаръий Жузжонийни олим сифатида жуда ҳурмат қилар эдилар, домла билан тез-тез суҳбатлашиб турардилар. Азизхон Қаюмов форс, туркий тиллар ва адабиёти бўйича кучли мутахассис бўлганликлари учун Домла билан жуда кенг қамровли мавзулар доирасида суҳбатлашишар эди.
