This article examines the demographic development trends of Namangan city during 2010-2025 based on statistical analysis. The study explores changes in population size, natural increase, migration processes, marriage and divorce rates, as well as their relationship with territorial transformation processes. The findings have scientific and practical significance for improving urban territorial planning and demographic policy.
