This scientific article systematically analyzes the theoretical and legal nature of corruption risks in the economic sphere, the factors that lead to their emergence, and modern mechanisms for their prevention. The article examines the negative impact of corruption on public administration, public procurement, tax, customs, and financial relations. It also highlights and scientifically substantiates effective methods for combating corruption based on modern scientific approaches, risk management, digitalization, compliance monitoring, the importance of open data systems, and institutional reforms. The scientific views of Uzbek scholars in this context are analyzed. The experience of national and international countries is examined, a comparative analysis of legal reforms implemented in our country is conducted, and practical proposals and recommendations for the conditions of Uzbekistan are developed. In particular, the role of electronic government services, automated control systems, and public participation in the fight against corruption is emphasized. The article proposes a comprehensive approach that combines legal, economic, and institutional mechanisms for effectively combating corruption. The analysis presented in the scientific article is intended to ensure transparency in the legal and economic spheres and minimize corruption risks.
