ABSTRACT The process of language development consists mainly of expansion due to internal factors, as well as external factors. Today, due to the process of interlinguistic globalization, it is worth noting that the extralinguistic factor has been activated in the enrichment of the vocabulary of world languages. All the changes in the society are reflected in the language, and it is necessary to establish the basis for the promotion of the idea that the conscious intervention of the society is necessary for the changes taking place in the language. This is related to the concept of "language policy". Modern social development is a comprehensive human social process, one of its most important components is language. All aspects of human activity, all things with social content separated by the human mind are reflected in the language and its lexicon. Indeed, politics and ideology cannot be neutral to language as a specific attribute of society, because they cannot exist independently of people and society.
