Annotatsiya

The article examined the effect of the flavonoid quercetin-3-O-β-(3″-galloyl)-glucopyranoside on the contractile activity of rat heart papillary muscle. It was found that this flavonoid exerts a positive inotropic effect on the contractile activity cardiac papillary muscle of rat. It was described that the positive inotropic effect of the flavonoid quercetin-3-O-β-(3″-galloyl)-glucopyranoside on myocardial contractile activity is mediated via activation of Na+ channels in the membranes of cardiac muscle cells.
