The article presents the results of an analysis of the implementation of water-saving irrigation technologies in the Republic of Uzbekistan under conditions of increasing water scarcity and climate change. The dynamics, structure, and regional features of the introduction of modern water-saving technologies during the period 2021–2025 were investigated. It was established that the area under water-saving technologies increased from 0.355 million hectares in 2021 to 2.687 million hectares in 2025, while the level of their implementation reached 62.6% of the total irrigated land area. It was determined that the structure of water-saving technologies is dominated by laser land leveling (63.4%) and drip irrigation (24.7%). Regional differences in the distribution of technologies caused by natural-climatic, hydrogeological, and meliorative conditions were identified. It was shown that the introduction of water-saving technologies is one of the key directions for improving water use efficiency, enhancing the meliorative condition of irrigated lands, and adapting agriculture to climate change.
