This article examines the importance of the institution of review of judicial acts, its role in the implementation of the constitutional principle of legal protection of rights, as well as, the introduction of a new procedure for checking the legality, validity and fairness of judicial documents in the Republic of Uzbekistan and the conditions for the occurrence of these changes.
