This article analyzes the issues of improving the mechanism of providing the rule-making process with information. In the conclusion of this article, promising directions for providing the rule-making process with information have been developed. This article can be used to improve national normative legal acts, develop national state programs, and enrich the rule-making process in terms of scientific and theoretical point of view.
