Annotatsiya

Retrospective analysis of diagnostic results of 31 patients with kidney damage aged 15 to 86 years (average age 31.5 years). Isolated closed lesions of the kidneys of varying degrees of severity were observed in 17 (54.8%) patients, the remaining 12 (39%) patients had mixed trauma, and 2 (6.4%) had concomitant renal pathology. All patients were classified according to the degree of trauma obtained by the European Association of Urologists: I st. imela mesto u 6 (19.3%) bolnyx, II st. - it is 8 (25.8%), III st. - it is 7 (22.5%) i IV st. - it is 9 (29.0%). It is shown that computed tomography allows to more accurately determine the localization of the lesion, to reveal ruptured parenchyma of the kidney, to visualize all the intraperitoneal space and any related hematoma, and to ensure that the organs of the abdominal cavity are clean.
