Purpose. In recent years, the number of operations performed on the adrenal glands has increased significantly. This situation is due to the significant improvement in the diagnosis of pathologies of the adrenal glands and the increasing number of patients suffering from this pathology in the general population. The purpose of the investigation: 1) to determine the indications for bilateral adrenalectomy (AE) in the context of the updated therapeutic algorithms of Cushing's syndrome (KS); 2) to determine the effectiveness and side effects of treating hypercorticism by various therapeutic methods in comparison with the results of bilateral AE.
