The article discusses methods for producing parts of agricultural machines with powdered surfacing hard-alloy coating of the sormite type. The compositions, properties and structures of hard-alloy coatings made of 35GL steel have been studied. The hardness and microhardness of the surface and subsurface layers of the samples were determined. Optimal heat treatment regimes with double-phase recrystallization have been developed, which are proven to increase the wear resistance and durability of finished parts by 2-3 times higher than serial products.
