This article discusses the enrichment of lexical units in the form of Briticism in the field of sports in the Karakalpak language, and examines the influence of the English language on the Karakalpak sports terminology. The analysis of the Karakalpak sports terms of English origin is carried out, the role of English borrowings in the sports terminology of the Karakalpak language is considered.
