This article analyzes the organizational and legal framework for the implementation of legal reforms in the field of labor law. The author puts forward ideas aimed at improving the legislation and practice in this area in Uzbekistan on the basis of statistical data and analysis of international experience of labor control by the prosecutor in the field of labor.
