The article reveals the features of the international standards of the restorative approach to criminal proceedings against minors. The article presents a general description of the concept of juvenile restorative justice in the course of giving examples of the most effective practices of its application in various countries. The issues related to the introduction of restorative justice in cases involving minors in domestic criminal proceedings are considered.
