The article examines in detail the theoretical and legal aspects of the institution of legal expertise of regulatory legal acts. The article develops the concept, classification, forms of legal examination of regulatory legal acts and the author's approaches to these categories. Аlso, the article contains proposals for improving legislation in the field of legal expertise of regulatory legal acts.
