The article is devoted to the analysis of the main trends in the development of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The study notes the importance of the Concept for improving the rule-making activity in the Republic of Uzbekistan, which determines the main directions for improving the law-making activity. As the main trends, the author singles out the adoption of political and legal documents in the form of concepts and strategies, accompanied by road maps. In addition, the most important trend was the adoption of regulations to protect the rights of vulnerable categories / groups of the population.
