Objective: to study the indicators of the immune status in children with septal congenital heart defects (CHD). Materials and мethods: Young children with septal CHD were prospectively recruited between 2021 and 2022. The survey included 138 infants with septal CHD, among which 73 (52.3%) boys and 65 (47.7%) girls. The concentration of immunoglobulins - Ig A, Ig M, Ig G in blood serum was determined by linked immunosorbent assay (LIA), and the determination of the pro-inflammatory cytokine interleukin-6 (IL-6) in blood serum was based on the sandwich LIA method. Results: The study of the concentrations of the main classes of immunoglobulins G, A and M showed a decrease in the synthesis of IgA in septal CHD in children - 0.17±0.01 g/l. Analysis of the cytokine status of sick children showed a slight increase in IL-6 titer. Conclusions. The presented results made it possible to identify the main immunological features in septal congenital heart disease in young children. Thus, the data obtained characterize the decrease in the body's reactivity against the background of circulatory disorders.
