The article proposes a road surface containing organic binders and mineral fillers, which contains heavy metal salts of naphthenic acids as binders in an amount of 7–15% by weight to obtain colored coatings and improve their physical and mechanical properties. We have developed a technology for obtaining colored coatings from alkaline waste from the Fergana Oil Refinery. This scientific work presents the results of scientific research and practical work on the production of naphthenic acid derivatives.
