Currently, significant attention is being paid to analyzing the techniques of downhill skiing. Researchers focus on studying the effectiveness of various approaches that allow athletes to improve their results. The analysis of movements, balance, and weight distribution during descent is of particular interest. Modern technologies, such as video recording and computer modeling, are actively used to study the technique in detail. This helps to identify key aspects that affect the speed and safety of athletes. In addition, attention is paid to adapting the techniques to different conditions of the roads, including the relief and snow condition. The research findings are used to develop new training methods that allow athletes to achieve maximum effectiveness. This article examines contemporary research in the field of cross-country skiing, aimed at improving the technique of downhill skiing, which contributes to improving the level of athletes' mastery and safety.
