The article is devoted to the scientific study of methods for the implementation of entrepreneurial activities of state higher educational institutions. The analysis of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan in this area is carried out. The analysis of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan in this area is carried out. Scientific conclusions have been developed on the basis of statistical data on entrepreneurial activity of higher educational institutions.
