The article discusses individuals and legal entities in Uzbekistan, appeals to state bodies on the ownership of real estate, sets out legal checks, an overview in our main law in this regard, the inviolability of established private property and the state, unconditional grant of property rights, comments and suggestions in the field of legislation.From this, in addition, it is connected with the property relations of citizens, the role of the People's Receptions in the consideration and resolution of data requests was expressed.
