Annotatsiya

The article discusses evidence-based approaches to organizing the educational process, focusing on adequate individualization and the combination of intensive training with other types of activities. It is emphasized that this approach can reveal hidden health defects that can interfere with the achievement of high sports results and lead to loss of physical fitness during intense training and responsible competitions. The phenomenon of complete removal of certain classes of immunoglobulins from the blood and body fluids of athletes during important competitions was also noted, which indicates a violation of the processes of immunological adaptation and a decrease in immune reserves.
