The article focuses on the meaning and key aspects of physical exercise and sports activities in the context of health improvement. Particular attention is paid to the methodology for selecting promising athletes through three-stage competitions among youth. In addition, the role of sports clubs is emphasized as a tool for systematically attracting young people to regular sports training.
