Currently, for the production of high-octane gasoline in accordance with new environmental requirements, it is necessary to increase the scale of processes that allow the production of gasoline components that do not contain aromatic hydrocarbons. One of these processes is the process of isomerization of light gasoline fractions (pentane-hexane fractions). This paper presents the results of studying the mechanism and thermodynamics of isomerization reactions of pentane-hexane fractions.
