In this article, were analyzed existing training systems for developing a mobile application framework that would initially help to perform laboratory classes on the science of programming in Python. Also was justified the need for mobile applications for society. A mobile application framework has been developed that teaches the Python programming language using modern design systems. The stages of mobile application development are listed.
