The study examines the phenological development of local potato varieties obtained through in vitro propagation under household conditions. The emergence, budding, and flowering stages of the varieties “Toshkent ertagisi”, “Uzbekiston qizili”, “Umid”, “Aqrob”, and “Diyora” were analyzed. Differences in growth rate and maturity were identified. “Toshkent ertagisi” and “Diyora” were classified as early-maturing, “Uzbekiston qizili” as stable, and “Umid” and “Aqrob” as latematuring varieties.
