This article investigates the technology of mini-tuber production under greenhouse conditions using local potato varieties obtained through in vitro methods. Phenological and biometric parameters were analyzed based on microtubers of the varieties “Toshkent ertagisi”, “Uzbekiston qizili”, “Aqrob”, “Diyora” and “Umid”. The results revealed differences among the varieties in terms of growth rate and biological characteristics. The variety “Toshkent ertagisi” showed the fastest development.
