This article theoretically examines the issues of analyzing and assessing investment efficiency. A new formula adapted for assessing investment efficiency in the agricultural sector is proposed. It takes into account factors such as sustainability, logistics efficiency, and crop yield. These factors take into account variability in agriculture, efficient resource management, and environmental sustainability. The article proposes new approaches to assessing investment efficiency by integrating modern approaches and various indicators.
