Structural features of blood vessels in the areas of the lungs affected and unaffected by the inflammatory process in children with bronchiectasis were revealed. In the area affected by the chronic inflammatory process, changes in both tissue and fibrous structures of the pulmonary vessels are determined. Pathological changes in blood vessels reflect inflammatory changes in the surrounding lung parenchyma.
