The article analyzes the organization of the banking and financial Academy of the Republic of Uzbekistan, reforms aimed at the development of its activities, their goals and results. The role of the banking and financial Academy in training, retraining and professional development of management personnel and specialists of the branches of banking, finance, tax systems and the real sector of the economy in the country and carrying out research activities in these areas has been investigated.
