The article reveals the content of the concept «conflict» and basic work of a psychologist with conflicts. Among the psychological forms of work with conflicts, the author distinguishes socio- psychological training (SPT). The author also focuses on personality's behavior strategy developed by K. Thomas: rivalry, cooperation, compromise, avoidance, adaptation.
