The article is devoted to the study of the basic concept of fractals and value of the artistic-fractal image in fine arts. Any natural image in reality is formed on the basis of the "fractal systems" of natural selection. The fractal system is a division of "unity" into components with forms adequate to it and repeated division of each part into adequate small parts.
