This article analyzes a comprehensive methodological approach to evaluating the effectiveness of a methodology for developing teachers’ professional intellectual potential. The relevance of the study is justified by the growing need to enhance teachers’ cognitive, creative, and reflective competencies within the modern education system. The study involved 105 biology teachers from the Bukhara, Tashkent, and Surkhandarya regions of Uzbekistan. The research methodology was based on a quantitative comparative design, including pre-test, intervention, and post-test stages. An integral indicator of professional intellectual potential was developed, and the effectiveness of the proposed methodology was assessed using statistical methods. The findings demonstrated significant improvements in teachers’ cognitive, creative, and reflective competencies, while the integral indicator increased by an average of 19.38%. The results confirm the scientific validity and practical effectiveness of the proposed methodology, as well as its applicability across different regions. The developed methodological framework can serve as an effective scientific and practical basis for improving teachers’ professional development systems, enhancing the quality of education, and promoting innovative pedagogical practices. The findings indicate that the methodology can effectively support teachers’ continuous professional development, improve the assessment of professional intellectual potential, strengthen evidence-based educational decision-making, and facilitate the wider implementation of innovative teaching strategies in educational institutions.
