Annotatsiya

This article presents a scientific analysis of the content, structure, and psychological-pedagogical foundations of creative competence within the competence-based approach. It examines the role of creativity in education, its importance for personal development, and its link to the modern educational paradigm. Drawing on the views of foreign, CIS, and Uzbek scholars, the motivational-value, cognitive, operational-activity, and reflective-evaluative components of creative competence are explained consistently. The stages of its formation, influencing factors, and necessary pedagogical conditions are discussed. Attention is given to how creative competence appears in professional and pedagogical activity, as well as to methods and approaches for its development and assessment. The author interprets creative competence as a multidimensional system that can be taught, developed, and measured. The importance of creating a supportive creative environment, using problem situations, project-based learning, and organizing reflective activity is emphasized. Theoretical conclusions are connected with national educational practice and supported by practical recommendations for teachers.
