This article provides a comprehensive analysis of the theoretical foundations of the green economy concept, its role in ensuring sustainable development, and the economic significance of environmentally oriented investments. The study examines the current state of green investment attraction in Uzbekistan’s economy and its impact on key sectors such as industry, energy, and infrastructure. Drawing on international experience, the research evaluates the effectiveness of green financing mechanisms, green bonds, and public-private partnership models. The findings demonstrate that green investments play a crucial role in promoting efficient resource use, improving energy efficiency, reducing waste, creating new jobs, and ensuring the ecological sustainability of the national economy. The article is based on the analysis of reforms carried out within the framework of Uzbekistan’s “Green Economy Transition Strategy 2019–2030” and presents practical recommendations for further development of this area
