This article analyzes the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Ensuring Freedom of Conscience and Approving the Concept of State Policy in the Religious Sphere" (No. O‘RQ-I()37), adopted on February’ 25, 2025. This document aims to ensure a balance between religious freedom and state control, as well as to strengthen interfaith harmony. The article examines the main provisions of the law, its practical significance, and its role in shaping religious policy in the country’.
