Статья посвящена анализу реализации нормативно-правовых документов в области охраны окружающей среды и зеленой экономики показывает, что существует ряд законодательных актов, направленных на защиту окружающей среды и поддержку устойчивого развития. В частности, в Узбекистане разрабатывается национальная система управления отходами, упор делается на переработку и сокращение отходов, а также на сохранение и восстановление природных экосистем. Также, осуществляются инвестиции в зеленые технологии и инфраструктуру для поддержки устойчивого экономического развития.
