the article discusses problematic aspects of the formation of conditions for the development of innovative business models. It has been established that the subject field of innovative business models is primarily transformational economies. It is shown that the progress of innovative business models depends on a number of exogenous and endogenous factors. Through the prism of the concept of coevolution, the imperatives of the formation of innovative business models are formulated.
