In this article, the authors lead the results of analyzing literature on cardio-vascular issues in Cushing syndrome (CS) in the last 5-10 years. The authors come to the conclusion that the CS is a multifaceted disease, various aspects of which attract the attention of leading scientists of the whole world. Aspects of the CS, discussed in the review, are relevant problems in neuroendocrinology. The discussion of the issues of etiology, pathogenesis, clinical features, early diagnosis, treatment of the disease and its complications, remain in demand, the development of the risk of mortality from cardio-vascular complications of CS remains in demand. The solution of these issues is facing neuroendocrinologists and requires the involvement of specialists of various profiles.
