To determine the therapeutic efficacy of ferroceron in rosehip syrup in young children with iron deficiency anemia. When distributing patients according to the severity of iron deficiency anemia, we used WHO recommendations. According to the recommendations, among the examined patients with mild anemia (hemoglobin level 110-90 g/l) there were 104 children, with moderate severity (hemoglobin level 90-70 g/l) - 70 children, and with severe anemia (hemoglobin level below 70 g/l) there were 21 children The results of our studies revealed a direct relationship between the serum iron levels of lactating mothers and their children during treatment. Consequently, the rapid elimination of anemia, iron deficiency in children receiving breast milk from mothers treated with ferroceron is due to an increase in iron content
