The article considers the problems of studying the specific characteristics of wool, which is considered the main raw material in the regions of Uzbekistan, determining the indicators of economic and social efficiency, improving such technologies as wool washing, combing, chemical treatment in the technology of its processing, as well as developing resource-saving, efficient machine designs on a scientific basis.
