The article analyzes digital transformation processes in Uzbekistan's commercial banks and their impacton financial stability indicators. The study examines the relationship between the expansion of digital bankingservices and indicators such as asset profitability, liquidity, and credit portfolio quality. The findings reveal a positivecorrelation between digitalization and the financial soundness of banks.
