This article examines the special features of conducting English for specific purposes (ESP) classes in terms of instructing juristic terms in English together with discussing the possible calamities that students may face during the process of learning legal English, as well as overcoming those hardships with the assistance and implementation of content-based teaching, what has been regarded as of plethora of helpfulness and therefore being widely used in English as a foreign language (EFL) classes. The author also further investigates and provides relevant data concerning useful methods and strategies of teaching and learning legal terminology in English as a foreign language.
