The article analyzes the role of spiritual education in the formation of a healthy lifestyle. The issues of spirituality, its components, its role in the development of society, the relationship of spirituality with cultural assets, values, and spiritual heritage were considered. The relationship of spirituality with morality, faith, religious and worldly knowledge, its influence on the formation of a healthy lifestyle, issues of its role in the education of a well-rounded person were studied. The restoration of religious values is recognized as an important factor of national revival and realization of national identity.
