This article analyzes modern approaches to the development of land development projects in the process of transferring agricultural land to other land categories. In particular, the role of the automated software “E-toifa.uz” in the management of land resources, the formation of project documentation, data integration and digitalization of decision-making processes is scientifically highlighted. The results of the study show that automation significantly increases the accuracy, transparency and efficiency of the land development process.
