The article highlights changes in hydromorphic meadow-bog soils formed in Central and Eastern Fergana under the influence of anthropogenic factors, particularly human irrigation activities, depending on the irrigation period, using their mechanical composition as an example. According to the results, the transformation of the soils’ mechanical composition into light and medium loamy varieties was analyzed depending on the composition of sediments brought by irrigation waters.
