The article determines the intensity of silt sedimentation processes along the length of the Karshi Main Canal, starting from the water intake point from the Amu Darya. Additionally, based on hydrometric measurements, opportunities have been created to improve water supply by adjusting the canal bed to the required dimensions between cross-sections and deploying available equipment (dredgers) to the relevant stations (PK). Based on the scientific research results, optimal placement schemes for dredgers in the canal bed are developed. By regulating the flow, areas with a high probability of bank erosion and reduced siltation were identified, along with negative processes occurring in the supply canal, and appropriate recommendations for their elimination were formulated. Based on the results of the conducted scientific research, recommendations were developed to provide solutions for preventing bank erosion.
