Fractures of the lower jaw are much more common in comparison with injuries of other bones of the facial skeleton, which is explained not only by its extended position, but also by its large size, which seems to increase with movement. The purpose of this study is to describe our experience in treating patients depending on the reason for the timing of admission to the hospital.
