It is known that for pulpitis, microbes penetrate into the root canals and their branches. Therefore, a prerequisite for achieving success in the treatment of pulpitis is the maximum root canal disinfection. In this regard, technologies are developing, allowing to disinfect the root canal system due to local temperature rise. To such types impacts include laser treatment and high-frequency diathermocoagulation. Laser radiation, due to antibacterial action and drying of the root canal of the tooth, allows you to significantly improve the quality of endodontic treatment.
