In this article, the results of the research conducted were studied to protect rice seeds from insects using pesticides. In the study, the efficacy of chemical protection measures against Apus concniformis Schaff and Leptestheria dahalacensis Sars was scientifically substantiated. In the experiment, Sellist X 312 c.s. at a rate of 1.8 L/t showed high biological efficiency (77,1-81,2 %) and was found suitable for application under production conditions.
